Privacy policy
This policy explains how BUBBLESPIN LAUNDRY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("BubbleSpin", "we") collects and uses personal data when you use the BubbleSpin app and website (app.bubblespin.in) for laundry at Woxsen University. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, messages or browsing history, and we show no ads.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered in Razorpay's checkout and are never stored by BubbleSpin. We keep only the amount, status and Razorpay payment reference.
Who processes your data for us
We do not sell or share your personal data. These service providers process it only to run BubbleSpin: Supabase (database and sign-in), Razorpay (payments), Google Firebase (phone notifications) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Campus laundry staff see what they need to handle your laundry.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your personal details are removed from our live systems within 7 days. Invoices, payment records and order history are kept for 8 years as Indian tax law requires, together with an archive of your name, phone, email, student ID, hostel and room so those records can be matched to you for audits and disputes. Only BubbleSpin's business administrator can see that archive; it is deleted automatically after 8 years.
Your rights
You can see and correct your profile in the app. You can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it. You can delete your account yourself in the app under Account → Delete my account; see how account deletion works. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is limited by role: students see only their own data, and staff see only their campus.
Children
BubbleSpin is meant for university students aged 18 and over.
