How to delete

1. In the BubbleSpin app, open Account → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
2. Can't use the app? Email info@bubblespin.in from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my BubbleSpin account". Include your student ID.

You are signed out at once and cannot sign in again. Your personal details are removed from BubbleSpin within 7 days. Changed your mind? Email us within those 7 days. Collect any laundry still with us first; unused wash credits are not refunded.

What we delete

• Your sign-in: you can no longer sign in, and your email is removed from it
• Your profile in our live systems: name, phone, email, student ID, hostel and room
• Your notification devices

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records, GST invoices, credit notes and order history, as Indian tax law requires.
• An archive of your name, phone, email, student ID, hostel and room, so those records can still be matched to you for audits, tax enquiries and disputes.
• We keep both for 8 years from deletion, then delete the archive automatically. Only BubbleSpin's business administrator can see the archive, and it is never used for marketing.
